SUMMARY

Thesis is consisting of introduction, three chapters, nine halves chapter and literature list.

In the part of "Introduction" of the dissertation paper is guided urgency of the subject, defined goals and objectives, research innovations, the theoretical and practical importance, methods of interpretation, paths, and provides information about the structure.

In the first chapter of the dissertation paper being called “Heydar Aliyev`s literature policy and essence”, and the nature of the dissertation of the first chapter of the national leader Heydar Aliyev on the occasion of literature, the attitude of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the literature is analyze of the conceptual ideas carrying program character. At the same time arising of the Azerbaijanis ideology, welding from literary works and attitude of the genius’s leader is explained to this.

The second chapter is called “Attitude to the classical literature and Azerbaijan folklore on Heydar Aliyev heritage”. During the Soviet era and the independence of the national leader in the care and attention to folklore, anniversaries of the classics of literature and to introduce the world to the decrees and decisions, and the real results of the investigation. In this chapter “The Book of Dede Korkut” 1300th anniversary, Mahammad Fuzuli`s, Imamaddin Nasimi, Huseyn Javid, protection and resettlement to Azerbaijan of graves are analyzed in relation to the activities of the national leader.

In the hird chapter is called “Heydar Aliyev and modern literary process” is analysed of the literary activity of Heydar Aliyev, modernity and historicity. Azerbaijani writers of V, VI, VII, X, congresses, the Third Congress of the Turkic world, the authors of the reports and statements indicated a positive effect on the orientation of the literary process. This chapter also for serving to resolve the problem to complete the works of the literature focuses on the image of Heydar Aliyev, thought, which is a combination of artistic works of political thought has been analyzed. Political lyrics, prose and literary publicist deals with examples, since ancient times, created the literary and philosophical mind of the image of the head of state was reached completion with the image of Heydar Aliyev.
