Achievement of the regional peace and friendship by Mr. Heydar Aliyev, services in the way of deepening of the ties between Islam Republic of Iran and Azerbaijan Republic will never disappear from my memory. His very successful visit to the Islam Republic of Iran last year had become turnover point in the relations between our countries.
