In front of the grave of Hazi Aslanov who died the death of hero in the Great Patriotic War, I congratulate you on the occasion of victory over the fascism in the Great Patriotic War and wish you happiness and health.

Hundreds of, thousands of Azerbaijanis fought heroically against German fascists and fell dead defending their native land. Today we remember them with gratitude. Hazi Aslanov was also one of those who fell dead, he is one of those heroes.

Today, the heroes of the Great Patriotic War are remembered in all the corners of Azerbaijan, and the Day of Victory is celebrated in front of the monuments erected in the cities and towns in honour of the victory in the war. We celebrate this holiday with a great sense of pride. Because, the Azerbaijani people contributed this victory with the bravery of his sons. At the same time the Azerbaijani people have special services in the rear providing the Soviet Army, all the country, all the people with oil and oil products and in gaining the victory. So we have moral right to celebrate the Day of Victory every year. This is our dear holiday. Because, once again I note that hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijanis, sons of Azerbaijan lost their lives for gaining this victory.

Today we bow to the spirits of those who died in the Great Patriotic War, and thank once more the veterans of war for their heroism and bravery. I wish, first of all, health, happiness to all the veterans of war and success in defending the independence of sovereign Azerbaijan and successes in their activity for the happy future of the Azerbaijani people.
